We are a growing, well-established family-run business and are passionate about the quarrying and processing of premium British Stone products. We have a unique opportunity for a Specification Sales Manager, specialising in flooring, paving and architectural masonry, to drive our commercial strategy and generate sales revenue.
The Specification Sales Manager will report directly to the Commercial Director and work in close partnership with the internal sales team and wider stakeholders, from production to marketing, across the group. The successful candidate will have demonstrable external sales and business development experience within the construction sector and excellent organisational and contract management skills. The Specification Sales Manager will lead customer engagement with architects, interior and landscape designers in a range of markets, from residential to commercial projects.
The role will suit a self-motivated and organised individual with excellent inter-personal skills. You will have the opportunity to help develop the commercial strategy to position and grow Lovell Stone Group across key markets across the UK. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with autonomy in an innovative, agile culture and will be offered scope to develop and expand the role within the Company.
