Restoring the grandeur to iconic building entrance
Built in 1937, Nell Gwynn House has housed various notable residents, such as Diana Dors and Sir Bruce Forsyth. The building has also been featured in film and TV series including Lucky Man and The Courier. This Art Deco residential building, consisting of 430 apartments, located on Sloane Avenue in Chelsea, underwent a significant hard landscaping renovation to enhance the front and rear entrances.
We have provided Portland Broadcroft masonry for a circular landscaping feature, as well as external paving, steps, and copings to Universal Stone. Universal Stone collaborated with Godfrey Martin Ltd and Gosling Design Ltd on this notable London landmark.
